How does it work?
Arctic Air Pure Chill® 2.0 uses dual cooling jets combined with Hydro-Chill® Technology that helps turn hot air into cool, moist air!
What does the degree of cooling depend on?
The degree of cooling depends on three factors: the outside air temperature, the air humidity, and the device settings you choose. Arctic Air Pure Chill® 2.0 helps reduce the temperature of the air through evaporative cooling. The higher the temperature and the lower the humidity, the more actively evaporation occurs, and, therefore, the stronger the cooling effect. By adjusting the settings, you can choose the cooling comfort level that is right for you.
How much does it cool the air?
The change in temperature depends on external conditions and the device’s power. In high-humidity regions, the difference will be far greater than in dry and hot regions.
How much water does the tank hold?
Arctic Air Pure Chill® 2.0 has a 550ml water tank.
What size area will it cool?
Arctic Air Pure Chill® 2.0 is designed for smaller, personal spaces. It will help cool you down in your bedroom, living room, office, kitchen and more.
How much noise does it make?
Arctic Air Pure Chill® 2.0 is practically silent! It is no louder than your computer’s cooling fan!
How often should I replace the cooling cartridge?
It is recommended to replace the True Shield Filter every 1-3 months, depending on usage. There is no indication system that notifies you when the cooling cartridge should be replaced.
What material is the filter made of?
The filter is made of a special sponge material.
How do I set up/use the ice boost?
Simply fill the Ice Boost with water, put it in the freezer until frozen. Then insert the frozen Ice Boost into the holder attachment and snap in onto the back of the Arctic Air Pure Chill® 2.0. The Ice Boost will provide extra cold air, instantly!
What are the LED night light colors?
Blue, Red, White, Teal, Purple, Yellow, Green, and Color Cycle.
Can the LED night light be turned off?
Yes, simply press through all the color options until the night light turns off.
How is it Powered?
Arctic Air Pure Chill® 2.0 uses an included USB cable. You can plug it into a 7.5 watt or higher USB adaptor or USB plug on your computer. We also sell an Arctic Air USB Power Adapter.

Arctic Air Pure Chill® 2.0 can last up to 10 hours on a single fill. Run time will vary depending on speed setting, room temperature levels, and room humidity levels.
